I sense there is an expectation of a speech of the caliber of "I Have A Dream"; I'm sure Obama won't disappoint.

I think that the gist of the speech will be "Let's make the dream happen, now it's up to us."   The theme of community service, accountability and commitment has been part of Obama's speeches throughout his career.
