Unable to send email

Error message on console:

Router: Unable to dispatch message xyz to domain xyz.com. DNS is unavailable or query timed out, message will be requeued.

Solution:

Check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\NameServer and make sure it point to the correct name server.

Debigging tools on the Domino console:

trace <server name>

tell router show
